WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
Never did I think that I would ever get to this point of creating a website for someone to book a photoshoot with me, in all honesty!! I went to school for Entrepreneurship, but found myself more in the business realm of the spectrum.... now I am here, and I am so happy you are too!!
I have always taken some sort of photos, whether it were with a iPhone, disposable camera, or some sort of digital (I have my cousin to thank for that lol). I have always loved the idea of taking a moment, and turning it into a moment that someone can look back on for the rest of their life. I have found my niche to be outside where everything is organically captured. Do not get me wrong, I have a special respect for studio work and photographers for the art they create... you will just catch me outside of the studio, I am an outside girly. I have particularly favored a good sunset session!
THAT'S RIGHT...
I am addicted to horses too...
Fun fact: I was I was born and raised in the equine industry with my mom being a barrel horse trainer and my dad being a team roper. Before college, I competed and won many titles running barrel horses. Some of my best memories are traveling around the country with my mom running around 3 cans. My sister's roped and went to college to rope, but I ended up going to college to play basketball. I was convinced I was going to be a city girl, and although I loved living in the cities I missed my horse training life. So on top of being a photographer, I have around 20-30 horses (too many lol) that I take care of!!
